I caught one trout with red/pink powerbait. I was about 27 feet from the shore. The ice was safe through out the whole lake it was 6" to 1 foot deep. It was not the fastest day, but it was fun. HAVE FUN!!!!

Caught 6 trout on various glow head jigs tipped with meal worms at approx. 15 ft depth. Fishing was still a little slow, looking forward to getting back up there when action picks up some.

my friend and i had a good day out on georgetown 12-04-01, we pulled in about 8 fish throughout the day all rainbows, using purple "ant" jigs with orange power nuggets, had stable results about 30 foot from shore about 12" off the bottom of the lake. water was hasy but you could see pretty diecent 8 foot down. we dug probably 15 holes throughout the day, was easy drilling through only about 4-5 1\2" of ice. of course windy later in the day. hope this helps everyone out.
